Bailey awards her naughty elves for creating Christmas carnage

In the lead up to Christmas, the Excelcare family enjoyed getting stuck in with some festive traditions, including a family favourite: Bailey’s naughty elves!

Every year, Bailey Manning (Daughter of Excelcare’s Chief Operating Officer, Sam Manning) works as Excelcare’s Chief Operating Elf, and sends naughty elves around to all 31 of our care homes, along with letter paper for them to write back to her about their adventures. However, this year, Bailey felt the elves needed some friends, and sent each home a mischievous reindeer pet to accompany the elves on their antics.

The people living and working in the homes have had so much fun with the elves and their new friends this year, and this has been clear through the wonderfully creative pictures and videos they have shared on their Facebook pages throughout the season. From Cambridge to Essex to London and Milton Keynes one thing has been clear: the elves have gone above and beyond when it comes to their mischief this year!

The elves antics were so good this year that we could not pick one winner across the group, so instead Sam and Bailey asked that one was picked for each region! It was a tough competition, but after much deliberation the winners were Brook House for Cambridge, Ashlyn for Essex, Windmill Lodge for London and Castlemead Court for Milton Keynes! Each home has won a prize of their choice, up to the value of £100.
