“We at Primrose Croft will continue to strive to provide a quality service”
Ruby Davis – Home Manager

My Mum has been a very happy resident at Primrose Croft for 3 years.  Each and every member of staff deserve any amount of praise available for their loving and professional care. There is laughter, chatter, “leg-pulling”, great as a visitor to witness.

The people here are catered for in every way.  I am so pleased with the range of activities held, where everyone is encouraged, if they wish, to participate.

On one visit to Mum I noticed she was not wearing her ring. As it had  fallen off, a member of staff had put it away safely for her family to deal with. How thoughtful,  professional and trustworthy – that action saved it from being lost.

All staff are so welcoming to everyone, this VERY CARING Home is just  part of the family.

I visit Primrose Croft most weeks to offer our nursing services.  Residents look happy, clean and appearance good.

Staff friendly, always willing to stop what they are doing and help District Nurses.

Manager very approachable, will listen to concerns and act on as soon as she can.

Always a calm at atmosphere.
District Nurse
