Warm and welcoming, with excellent facilities and exemplary standards in care, Water Hall is a beautiful care home in Bletchley, just outside of Milton Keynes.

He was always content and well cared for
Never seemed in distress
Whilst my brother was residing at Waterhall Care Home he was always content and well cared for even though his communication was not good because of his stroke. He always smiled at all the staff and never seemed in distress. The staff have always been caring and supportive.
The standard of care is excellent
I have no worries
My mother has been at Waterhall since July 2025. She has settled in extremely well. I have found that the standard of care is excellent. My mother is always happy when I visit her; she looks clean and tidy, well cared for. The staff are always happy to help.
I have no worries about my mother being in Waterhall due to the very high standard of quality care. Thank you.
Care and facilities of the home were like a home from home
He loved the food
The care and facilities of the home were like a home from home. My father was very happy and not confused whenever we came to see him. He was always clean and comfortable and was happy to be there. He loved the food and was always with a drink, not dehydrated. The team from the top down were caring, friendly and professional.

Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about caring for people who live with complex health conditions. Dementia care requires a special approach and treatment, and our superb team use their experience to support people with kindness and compassion.
Mindful of the needs of the people who live here, and their family and friends, our team members understand that each person’s journey whilst living with dementia can be a challenge. We are always on hand to offer support and give advice on coping strategies – or are just here to listen.

Location and surroundings
Water Hall is located on a leafy road in South Bletchley, just 9 miles south of central Milton Keynes. Within walking distance are local shops and amenities, with a wider range of pubs, cafés, banks, shops and the weekly market in Bletchley town centre, just a short bus ride away.
Bletchley railway station is a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute bus ride way and we are just a two-minute drive from the A4146, five minutes from the A5 and 10 minutes to the A421.
Close by is Bletchley Park, the historic site of secret British code breaking during World War Two, and within 30 minutes are Aylesbury and the Chilterns, Ashridge Forest, Woburn Abbey and Waddesdon Manor, all perfect for a day trip.
