In addition, we provide a range of facilities and offer meaningful activities to ensure that life at our home is fulfilling, enriching, and enjoyable. At Fitzwilliam House, we strive to create an environment where people can truly thrive and experience a sense of joy and contentment - one of the many reasons we are rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission.

Everyone is so welcoming.

You can feel the love and care.

I do not get to visit very often, but every time I do everyone is so welcoming, you can feel the love and care as soon as you enter the home.

The compassion shown to everyone is heart warming. The new manager is always around to answer any questions and is always smiling, she made me feel so welcome.

It feels like one big family.

Absolutely top marks for Fitzwilliam House Care Home.

Our mom who has Alzheimers was reluctant to move into a care home but the day we took her to look around the staff were so kind, it felt warm and homely. My mom actually said this is the place for me! We can't believe our luck at how happy and settled she is.

This is down to the wonderful staff and the kindness she is given, it feels like one big family. She tells us she loves the staff and we can understand why. They are a very special team of people and we appreciate all they do for her, we can't thank them enough.

A wonderful, beautiful home!

We are so grateful.

Both my mother, brother, and I are so grateful and blessed for my grandad to be in such a wonderful home. The staff are so kind, loving, patient, caring and compassionate towards the residents. Every week there is stimulating activities for the residents and every day healthy meals are cooked for them. A wonderful, beautiful home!
