Jackie BleaseJackie Blease – Regional Operations Director

Jackie Blease is the Milton Keynes Regional Director and has worked with Excelcare in the region since November 2003. Previously Jackie, had worked as the Registered Manager for Neath House.

Jackie went on to give support in the setting up and commissioning of The Willows Care Centre, the largest care home in the organisation and became the General Manager in October 2005.

Jackie was appointed Regional Manager in August 2008. Jackie has extensive knowledge and experience in caring for older people, and has worked in the care sector for over 23 years. She holds Business Management qualifications and an NVQ level 4 Registered Managers award.

Jackie enjoys her role. She comments that her regional position is “not a Career it’s a way of life“. Above all, she enjoys making a difference wherever she can.

 Danni Gwenzi Danni Gwenzi – Regional Head of Quality and Development

Danni Gwenzi is the Milton Keynes Regional Head of Care.
She has 16 years experience of working in the Health Care Sector and qualified as an RGN in 2001, worked in the Acute Sector on various wards for 2 years then joined a private care home in 2004 as an RGN Team Leader.
Danni joined Excel Care Holdings in 2008 as a Nurse and was later promoted to a Unit Manager, of the Nursing Unit at Water Hall Care Centre. She was appointed as General Manager of Water Hall in May 2011, and held this position until May 2015, when she was promoted to Milton Keynes Regional Head of Care.

Donna Hines – Regional Quality and Development Manager

Donna Hines joined Excelcare as Head of Learning in July 2018. She qualified as a Learning Disability Nurse in 1997 and has over 21 years of experience working across care and education settings where she attained a Certificate in Training Practice.  Her experience covers Complex Care, Epilepsy, Neurological rehabilitation and Continuing Healthcare Specialist Nurse.

Gale Hills – Regional Administration Manager

Gale was appointed Regional Administrator for the Milton Keynes region in 2010 after working for Excelcare as a Home Administrator. Previously Gale worked in the Finance Department of the Waste Management sector where she gained her AAT and NVQ 2 qualification. She went onto work for Contaminated Land Department as Personal Assistant to the CLS Director
