Sam Manning, Head of Hotel Services for Excelcare has teamed up with Simon Jersey, one of the pioneers of the corporate clothing industry to revamp the Excelcare image by designing a new staff uniform.
Recognising the importance of Care Home Staff, they have been fully involved in contributing their views on a new Care Uniform that is innovative and inspirational, with function, design and comfort being paramount. We know first impression count. How our Employees feel in their Uniforms is as important as the way they look and with this understanding in mind, ideas were sought in a survey asking the views of staff teams in all our 40 Care Homes.
Design boards are now being prepared and further consultations will take place with staff teams and residents. Throughout Excelcare there is a commitment to deliver to our residents the best services possible. This pursuit of excellence is not only reflected in our Vision, Mission and Values but through the quality of care delivered by all our Staff.
