The Willows is an established, thoughtfully designed Care Home, set in large enclosed, landscaped gardens. A wonderful conservatory which offers a 360 degree outlook, has french doors opening onto a patio area giving direct access to the gardens.
The Willows provides residential and nursing care for older people, including those living with a dementia. All our spacious rooms have en-suite facilities and all areas of the home are accessible to wheelchair users.
The Home is set over three floors with individual lounge/dining areas within each of the units.

Mealtimes at The Willows are sociable occasions and we have a ‘Protected Meals’ policy in place to promote this. Fresh, home cooked traditional meals are prepared daily by our chefs and their team to meet our residents’ dietary and cultural requirements.
Lavender Lodge is a collection of twelve stunning suites, set in a private residence within the grounds of The Willows Care Centre, providing residential care for older people including those living with Dementia.
Designed with your individuality and independence in mind, each suite has been beautifully furnished and has a spacious kitchenette, dining area, and en-suite wet room.
Lavender Lodge has a communal lounge which opens out to an enclosed garden featuring a covered gazebo, patio areas and water feature. There is also a homely dining room where fresh home cooked traditional meals prepared daily by our chefs, are served.
Lavender Lodge has access to all the facilities available at The Willows Care Centre.

General Manager – Dionne Quy
Dionne joined The Willows in October 2012. Dionne started her nursing career in the Royal Air Force, progressing to work in a busy Medical Admissions Unit. Dionne’s qualifications include BN (Hons)/RN and NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers Award.
Deputy Manager – Teodore Sintejudean
Teo qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1998, initially working within Anaesthesia and Intensive Care in Military Hospitals.Teo is from Romania and served National Service as a Nurse and then qualified as Paramedic, working primarily within the Fire Brigade.He joined The Willows Care Centre in 2006, working first as a Health Care Assistant and then attaining his UK NMC Registration as a RGN in 2008. Teo is conscientious, methodical and an extremely proficient, skilled and dedicated professional. Professing a broad range of skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications. He is committed in delivering a high standard of care throughout. Exhuming compassion and has a naturally caring persona, his integrity holds no bounds. He was appointed Deputy Manager in July 2016.
Home Administrator – Bonnie Cooper
Bonnie is a mum of two and enjoys craft activities and socializing. She has worked in a variety of roles and settings, from charitable organizations to general hospital and private care sector before joining the company in April 2016. She supports the management team and is responsible for all aspects of administration within the home.

At The Willows, our Activity Coordinators ensure activities are appropriate to the individual’s interests and abilities. We work closely with local schools and colleges, offering work experience and placements to the young people within our local community. The Willows is located in a quiet residential area, close to local shops and amenities. The Grand Union Canal and the picturesque village of Great Linford, which has thatched cottages and a pub, are also within walking distance.
Bus stops are located at the end of the driveway where local bus services run to other areas of Milton Keynes, including the vibrant Central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre. Just two miles away, the centre is one of the largest indoor shopping centres in Europe and offers a wide range of high street chain stores, cafés and restaurants.
