Neath House is spread across two floors; the home is divided into five carefully designed units, each with its own lounge/diner. The home provides permanent or respite care to residents with Dementia needs.  The home provides comfortable accommodation in single bedrooms with 38 having en-suite facilities. Neath House has a conservatory and two enclosed patio areas with a large and secure beautifully landscaped garden where residents enjoy sitting out in the warmer weather. At Neath House we work hard to maintain the friendly, homely environment and stimulate the lives of everyone who lives here.

Mealtimes are an important part of life at Neath House and all meals are prepared in-house by a team of chefs. This team ensures they cater to specific dietary needs, offering gluten-free meals and culturally appropriate foods.


Neath House is a 47 bedded purpose built care home, all areas of the home and gardens are accessible to wheelchair users.

Home Manager – Deepu Pillai

Deepu has 10 years of experience in the care sector and holds a degree in Pharmacy from the prestigious Mahatma Gandhi University from India. Other qualifications gained are NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Diploma in Dementia Care. Deepu started working in care as a Health Care Assistant and progressed into a Team Leader role and then went to manage a busy Dementia Unit, where he was promoted to Neath House as Home Manager.

Deputy Home Manager – Jassi Kaur

Jassi has had over 3 years of experience in the care sector and holds a Bachelors Degree. Other qualifications she’s gained include a NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and working towards a NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care. She also has an award in Awareness of Dementia. Jassi started working at Neath House as a Health Care Assistant and then in a Team Leader role, before being promoted as Deputy Manager.

Administrator – Samantha Clayton

Samantha our Administrator is responsible for all aspects of administration within the home.

Team Leaders
Team leaders organise the management of their shifts and the staff who are on duty. They are qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have a minimum of two years’ experience of working in a care home environment.

Senior Carers and Care Assistants
Senior Carers and Care Assistants deliver care to individuals under the guidance and instruction of senior staff, taking into account individual preferences including gender, religion, diversity cultural and linguistic backgrounds whenever possible. Senior Carers have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and Care Assistants are encouraged to gain this qualification.

Activities Coordinator
Our Activities Coordinator provides opportunities for meaningful and purposeful activities and outings planned through a structured programme following discussions with individuals and families.

Our Housekeeper and the team of domestic and laundry staff are responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness is maintained throughout the home and laundry, this is undertaken with care and attention to infection control guidelines.

Our Chef is responsible for the day to day running of the main kitchen ensuring that all catering needs are met and that the kitchen meets the regulation standards.

At Neath House, our Activity Coordinator supports and inspires the people who live here with daily activities, entertainment and lively social engagement programs to promote stimulation and creativity.

Neath House staff are committed and dedicated to meeting individual needs. We use a personalized, holistic care plan, which recognizes physical, social and emotional needs in addition to racial, cultural and religious beliefs.

The home is within walking distance of the local shopping centre which offers a wide range of shops including a post office, chemist, newsagents and pub. The No 7 bus service stops close to the home and goes to other areas of Milton Keynes including the renowned indoor shopping centre with its wide range of high street chain stores as well as nearby parks and lakes.
