You have all been amazing and should be very proud of yourselves. She couldn’t have been more spoilt with you all, on her good days! We would like to add that the last 2 weeks were difficult times and then the final days what can we say she had excellent care from everyone. We cannt praise each and every one of you, enough. Thank you from the bottom of our heart .”

“The words “thank you” seem a little meagre when we are talking about the work you all do. What we really want to say is we are so very grateful to each of you for your love and care shown towards Dad. He passed away with as much dignity as possible and as little pain as possible, with us with him. We will be forever thankful for that. We saw and heard reassuring patience and love towards residents while sitting quietly with Dad. You are special people to do what you do so well. You really are like a family.”
