Rheola Care Home

Rheola Care Home is a 42-bedded Care Home, in a quiet part of historic St Ives in Cambridgeshire.

At Rheola, we are registered to provide care for 42 people. Rheola has a light, modern extension attached to provide extra facilities for all.

We offer a wide variety of additional professional services including:

Our aim is to make every day special. We like to celebrate the importance of occasions, including: Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ day, Halloween and Christmas.

Home Manager – Elizabeth Edgar

Elizabeth has worked in care since 1998 in various positions with residential and domiciliary care from Care Assistant, Deputy Manager to Area Manager. Elizabeth joined Rheola as Manager in January 2013. Elizabeth has NVQ levels 2, 3 and 4 in Health and Social Care and has an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Deputy Manager – Susan Smith

Susan has worked at Rheola since 2007 and currently works alongside the Home Manager and the Administrator. Susan has various health and social care qualifications including a level 5.

Rheola also provides a full team of qualified and trained Team Leaders, Seniors and Carers.


Our Lifestyle Coordinator liaises with people who live at Rheola; planning activities and outings throughout the year.
